At the core of every great training is an assessment of the current landscape. We use three primary assessment tools to measure the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

  • Energy Leadership Index: An attitudinal assessment that measures how your attitudes, perceptions and beliefs, whether conscious or unconscious, are affecting how you show up in life and work. Ranked one of the top ten assessments for executives by Forbes.

  • EQ-i 2.0 Assessment: The EQ-i 2.0 is a psychometric assessment which measures emotional intelligence (EI) and how it can impact people and the workplace. This assessment is the first of its kind to be scientifically validated, bolstered by the research of premier organizations. The EQ-i 2.0 paints a picture of how an individual operates emotionally, their areas of strength and potential areas for development.

  • EQ-i 360: The Multi-Rater or 360 degree assessment combines your own perceptions of your EQ with the perceptions of others who know you well, who are 360 degrees around you.
